Like most of our wines, our Cabernet Sauvignon leans more toward the old world style. The 2022 vintage features fruit from two unique Arizona locales- the Four Tails Vineyard in Pearce and the Deep Sky Vineyard in Sonoita. Unravel classic Bordeaux notes of Herbes de Provence, blackberry, graphite, dried flowers, and cedar. This wine is cellar worthy- hang on to it for the next 10 years, if you can!
