Our Classic Syrah makes its return after a long hiatus! With Syrah from the Pillsbury Vineyard, this wine is set apart from it's Wild Syrah sibling with the introduction of 75% whole cluster fruit. The inclusion of the stems as well as one single new oak barrel gives this Syrah delicious spicy tobacco notes. The tannins are structured and well developed, presenting an interesting contrast to our Wild Syrah.
