A rich, round, and layered example of Viognier. Comprised of a blend of wild and commercial yeasts, this Viognier was gently pressed in micro-sized lots, then transferred to neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels. It was aged sur lie in barrel for 12 months until its bottling in August of 2014.
